It’s the end of the month! 3️⃣1️⃣ . Inst It’s the end of the month! 3️⃣1️⃣ . Instead of panicking about all the things you haven’t done yet and how long your to do list still is, celebrate what you did do (big, small, business or person) 🎉 . This month I have: . Handed a shiny new website over to a client 💻 . Worked with several clients on their game plans and website functionality . Had a lot of naps (I seriously had no expectation that being pregnant would make me this tired!) . Spent time with fabulous friends - catching up with old and hanging out with regulars 👯‍♀️ . Nearly finished the new website for my social enterprise (Global Handprints) More on that coming soon! ✅ . Along with some other fab ladies I’ve started planning the relaunch of the Female Travel Bloggers community 🎉 . Booked flights to Lisbon for next week 🇵🇹 . Got a new daily mindset routine thanks to the lovely @mariehoulden ) that I’m gently introducing . Started swimming to replace the hot yoga that I love and can’t do right now 🏊‍♀️ . Barely used my Brain Dump list (my replacement for a never ending to do list - let me know if you want to know more) . Yes there’s a lot more I ‘should’ have done. But I’m trying not to use that word with myself these days. I often have website development clients come to me with interesting and quirky names for their menu items. While this sounds like it will make you unique and help you stand out, it can cause confusion . You only have a few seconds to grab your reader’s attention so you want them to see words and know right away what they mean and what they can expect by clicking on that menu item . People click on menu items to find out more about specific things (about you, services/packages, contact info, blog posts etc). They don’t have time to click on menu items wondering what they’re going to find at the other end of the link . Don’t over complicate it! .
